I am both a qualified, experienced and results-driven software engineer with over 2 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications. I am skilled and have experience in various technologies among them being Python, Javascript(React, Nodejs, Express, Typescript and associated data stores), full-stack development, API development, Sequelize and AWS Lambda

I have also undergone training for a software engineer at Andela for a period of 6 months which helped me in gaining hands-on experience in the software industry.

I have worked on various projects through which have been able to achieve efficiency in data collection,planning and decision making on the daily expenses for the operations department.

I will deliver timely results with no supervision. Through this opportunity, I will showcase my expertise in designing user-facing applications with accessibility across all dimensions.

Andela Meals

An app used at Andela centers(Nairobi, Kampala and Lagos) to help in meal planning. Users are assigned meals according to their working hours. The mobile app tracks those who have taken their assigned meals each day. This data is helpful in planning the meal requirements for each day.

I developed the company's web platform responsible for aggregating data from different sources.

Within Andela, I have worked on several internal products as well as mentoring junior developers through the company's bootcamp system. I have also been involved in recruiting software developers in Kigali, Rwanda as well as in Nairobi, Kenya on behalf of Andela.
